Hey ya'll! How's everyone doing this new year? I hope you're planning on eating well and feeling great!
Here's a question for you. Have you ever craved something that you know isn't good for you, but you have to have it, but you want to figure out how to make it in a healthy way so you can actually eat it and feel good about yourself at the same time? Well, it IS possible! I had someone tell me, yesterday, that he was craving White Castle hamburgers. We live in Texas, so we don't have White Castle restaurants here. HOWEVER, my challenge now is to make the same kind of burger, but healthier and better! I'll be doing that this weekend.
If you're having a craving for something, let me know and I'll give you ideas for a healthier version.
Let's make this year not about what we aren't going go eat, but what we are going to eat in a better way! That way, no one is deprived of anything and we are putting good food into our bodies...a win/win for all of us!
